In over 20 years of practice, Ryan has represented parties in a wide variety of matters and attained considerable litigation experience. He spends a substantial part of his time representing parties in construction disputes, including owners, designers, contractors, and material suppliers. He also drafts contracts, liens, and other transactional documentation.
Additionally, Ryan handles probate litigation, real estate litigation, business litigation, employment matters and litigation, and limited personal injury cases with significant exposure. Before starting Earhart Overstreet LLC in 2016, Ryan was a partner with one of the Southeast's largest law firms in which he handled matters involving tens of millions of dollars and gained invaluable experience and know-how. Transitioning to a smaller firm atmosphere has enabled him to concentrate on an even more personalized approach for achieving the absolute highest level of results for his clients.
