After graduating from Clemson, Josh spent six years in the building industry where he focused on risk management issues, including MSHA and OSHA compliance. After law school, he began practicing in Charleston representing developers and contractors.
Josh now handles construction litigation matters with significant exposure. As a part of his practice, he also defends appraisers, home inspectors, real estate professionals, and attorneys. Having achieved a defined level of proficiency in his career before law, Josh brings an aggressive but practical technique to handling all of his cases.
